Yes! All shipments include tracking numbers sent via email. For DHL/FedEx shipments, you’ll receive real-time updates from pickup at our Winchester studio to delivery at your door.

We offer a 15-day return policy from delivery date for unused items in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened paint tubes, used brushes, or unsealed liquids cannot be returned.
